Why is this training important?

This course is aimed to show candidates how to engage and motivate employees to improve performance in a job role.

It provides an insight into what an appraisal is, the different types, how to design an appraisal system and how to conduct an appraisal that will engage and motivate employees to improve performance in a job role.

Assessment type

Upon completion of the course, learners will complete an end of learning assessment consisting of 15 questions.

70% of the questions will need to be answered correctly in order to pass and receive a certificate.
