The Train the Trainer course equips aspiring trainers with essential skills and knowledge. Participants will understand their roles and responsibilities, explore effective training and learning approaches and gain session planning expertise. Candidates will learn to establish ground rules, communicate effectively and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. The course is ideal for new trainers or those in the food industry delivering in-house training. The course is delivered, to a maximum of 12 candidates, in a classroom and although there is no formal assessment, advice is provided to candidates during the training.
