SS Remote HSMS policy training

The Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) policy training course is designed to ensure colleagues understand how to implement and adhere to safety policies. The course covers the full scope of health and safety policies, including risk assessments, legal requirements and emergency procedures. Participants will learn about the roles and responsibilities within the business, effective communication channels and the importance of record-keeping for audits and inspections. The training also focuses on manual handling risks, first aid regulations and chemical safety procedures. By equipping employees with this knowledge, businesses can foster accountability, improve safety compliance and ensure engagement with health and safety policies and procedures. This course is essential for site-based management and business owners to ensure smooth policy implementation and effective utilisation of safety services. The course can be delivered to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
