SS Remote FSMS policy training

The Food Safety Management System (FSMS) policy training course is designed to ensure colleagues with in-depth knowledge of food safety policies and their critical role in maintaining a secure and compliant business environment. The course covers key topics such as policy implementation and safe methods for the safe handling and production of food, such as personal hygiene, food storage and safe cooking. By the end of the course, delegates will be able to effectively integrate safety policies into their daily routines, ensuring the preparation of safe food and the overall well-being of consumers. This training is essential for site-based management to ensure thorough implementation of the policies and procedures, safeguarding both the business and its customers. The course can be delivered to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
