SS Fire Marshal course

The Fire Marshal course is designed for employees responsible for workplace fire safety. This comprehensive training covers the chemistry and classification of fire, methods of fire spread, and the use of different extinguishers. Participants will learn to identify fire hazards, understand human behaviour in fire situations and locate means of escape. Where possible, the course also includes practical sessions with extinguishers and covers legal duties. By completing this course, attendees will understand the process of a fire risk assessment and be equipped to perform fire safety inspections in order to effectively fulfil their role as fire marshals, ensuring workplace safety and compliance. The course must be delivered, to a maximum of 12 candidates, in a classroom. This is due to a practical assessment where candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
