SS Allergen for Catering course

The Allergen Awareness for Catering training is essential for anyone involved in the food service industry. This course ensures that all staff understand the differences between food allergies, intolerances, and coeliac disease, and are aware of the symptoms and risks associated with these conditions. It covers the requirements of current labelling legislation and the changes introduced by NatashaÕs Law. Participants will learn about effective allergen controls, cross-contamination prevention and how to communicate allergen information to consumers. This training is crucial for maintaining food safety and compliance with current legislation, making it vital for all hospitality and retail food industry workers. The course can be delivered to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
