HABC Level 4 Award in Food Safety in Catering course

The Level 4 Award in Food Safety in Catering is a comprehensive five-day training programme designed for those in managerial roles within the food industry. This course provides in-depth knowledge of food safety legislation, hazard analysis and the implementation of effective food safety management procedures. Participants will learn how to ensure compliance, monitor food safety hazards and foster a food safety culture within their organisations. Successful candidates will earn a qualification recognised in the industry. The course can be delivered, to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed by a two-part examination to ensure their understanding.
