HABC Level 3 Food Safety refresher (Catering or Manufacturing)

The Level 3 Food Safety refresher course is designed for supervisors in the catering or manufacturing industry who require a refresher on their current Level 3 Food Safety qualification. It covers key aspects such as compliance with food safety legislation, hygiene practices, hazard control and staff training. The course includes a comprehensive assessment to ensure knowledge retention. This qualification helps supervisors maintain high food safety standards and demonstrate ongoing professional development. The course can be delivered to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
