HABC Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health course

The Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health course equips participants with advanced skills to support colleagues with mental health issues. It covers mental health definitions, stigma, stress management and the impact of substance abuse. Attendees will learn to identify mental health conditions, understand the role of a First Aider and implement a positive mental health culture. This training is crucial for those looking to effectively manage mental health in the workplace and provide appropriate support and guidance. The course can be delivered to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
