FHRS re-rate service

A Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) score of 3 or lower can erode customer confidence and negatively affect your business performance. The re-rate services provides you the support to improve your FHRS score. You provide our Safety Advice Line team with a copy of the report, they create an action plan, arrange a half-day coaching session with one of our expert EHOs and assist you to compile evidence to demonstrate corrective measures in response to the EHOs report. The team will examine the original officer’s reasons for the low FHRS score awarded and identify additional factors that might affecting a re-rating aligned with the FHRS Brand Standard. The team will assist you to gather the evidence and guide you through the process to submit a re-rating request to the Local Authority.
