eLearning – Working Safely with DSE – Team Members

The eLearning course on Working Safely with DSE – Team Members is designed to educate team members on the proper use of Display Screen Equipment (DSE) in accordance with the relevant regulations. As many employees are now working remotely, understanding how to create a safe and ergonomic workspace is crucial. The course covers the essential aspects of DSE, defining what constitutes DSE and identifying who qualifies as a DSE user. Participants will learn about the potential health risks associated with improper DSE use, such as musculoskeletal problems, eye strain and repetitive strain injuries. The course also provides practical guidance on how to mitigate these risks. A key feature of this training is the self-DSE risk assessment, where team members will use a provided checklist to evaluate their own workstations and practices. By completing this course, employees will be equipped with the knowledge to maintain a healthy and productive working environment. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
