eLearning – Unconscious Bias

The eLearning course on Unconscious Bias is designed to help learners recognise and understand their biases. By exploring the concept of unconscious bias, participants will gain insights into how it influences decision-making processes and impacts workplace dynamics. The course aims to equip individuals with the skills to identify and mitigate their biases, leading to more informed and equitable decisions that can positively affect business outcomes. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
