eLearning – The Basics of Rum Collection

The eLearning course on The Basics of Rum Collection will equip employees with the foundational knowledge required to create and serve the perfect rum. The course focuses on serving different styles of rum with confidence and understanding the elements that affect the final drink. Participants will learn to identify various rum styles, measure rum correctly and comply with specified quantities. This training is suitable for all team members who prepare and serve drinks behind the bar. It is useful to understand rum’s flavour, aroma, optimum temperature and glassware to deliver the best possible experience to guests. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
