eLearning – Right to Work in the UK

The eLearning course on Right to Work in the UK is designed to provide comprehensive guidance following the changes introduced post-Brexit. It covers essential information for checking an EU citizen job applicant’s right to work, verifying original documents and obtaining acceptable documentation. The course is particularly suited for business owners, managers, HR team members and anyone involved in the employment process. By completing this training, learners will gain the necessary knowledge to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and confidently verify the work eligibility of potential employees from abroad. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
