The eLearning course on Personal Resilience is designed to enhance personal resilience among employees, particularly those in the hospitality sector. Learners will gain a deep understanding of what personal resilience entails, its significance and its close connection to mental health. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with practical tips and techniques to manage stress effectively and recover from challenging situations. They will also learn how to empathise with colleagues under stress and guide them towards appropriate help. This training empowers learners to take actionable steps towards maintaining mental well-being and fostering a supportive work environment. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
