eLearning – Payment Card Industry Data Security (PCID)

The eLearning course on Payment Card Industry Data Security (PCID) equips learners with essential skills to safeguard customer cardholder data. This comprehensive course provides a deep understanding of PCI standards and their importance in preventing data breaches and fraud. Throughout the course, participants will learn about the critical aspects of cardholder data security, including the common security features of payment cards and the procedures for ensuring data is held securely. The course also covers various fraudulent methods used to access cardholder data, enabling learners to identify and mitigate these risks effectively. Upon completion, learners will be proficient in adhering to PCI Security Standards, thereby enhancing the security posture of their organisations. They will be able to implement best practices for protecting cardholder data and respond appropriately to suspected theft or fraud incidents. By the end of the course, attendees will have the knowledge and confidence to help their organisations maintain compliance with PCI standards and protect their reputations. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
