eLearning – Equality and Diversity

The eLearning course on Equality and Diversity equips learners with knowledge about prejudice, relevant legislation like the Equality Act and Human Rights Act and practical guidelines. It aims to empower participants to reduce discrimination in the workplace, whether direct, associative, perceptive or indirect. Learning outcomes include understanding legal frameworks, identifying and explaining various discrimination types and developing strategies to implement an effective equality and diversity policy. The course covers the nine protected characteristics under the Equality Act and outlines the key legislation pertinent to workplace equality. Ideal for anyone in a work environment, this training is crucial for reducing discrimination across all types of workplaces, regardless of size or industry. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
