eLearning – Coffee Skills

The eLearning course on Coffee Skills aims to provide employees with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in coffee preparation. Participants will learn about various bean varieties, proper storage conditions and the use of coffee-making equipment. The course covers the preparation of a range of beverages including espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, mocha and hot chocolate. Additionally, it offers guidance on using commercial espresso machines in different settings such as restaurants, bars and caf?s. By the end of the course, learners will be able to explain the history of coffee, understand the origins and processing of coffee beans and demonstrate proficiency in creating speciality coffees. The training is suitable for all employees involved in the sale and preparation of coffee, particularly those working in the food and beverage industry. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
