Introducing QR Code Verification in the RiskProof Monitoring Module
Introducing QR Code Verification in the RiskProof Monitoring Module
A major upgrade has just landed in RiskProof Monitoring Module. The new QR Code feature brings a fresh level of excitement and precision to your operational checks. Now you have the ability to add the QR code to every check. With a simple scan, you get instant, verifiable proof that each task is completed exactly where it should be. This new capability strengthens data integrity; boosts trust in results and raises the bar for on site assurance across your entire operation.
Why QR Codes?
Customers told us they needed greater reassurance that certain checks were being carried out on foot in the exact locations required. You asked, and we delivered. QR code verification gives your teams a simple way to prove they were physically present on-site, supporting use cases like Fire Walks where location certainty really matters. By anchoring checks to a quick scan, you gain stronger confidence in the accuracy, credibility and consistency of your monitoring data.
How it works
The QR Code feature gives Administrators the ability to checklist set up questions that can only be answered by scanning a QR code.
Key benefits
• Match checks to specific locations, for example, confirming a fire door inspection is completed at the actual fire door, not from a desk.
• Confirms location-based checks by adding an extra layer of verification to workflows.
• Helps prevent fraudulent completions, because the user must be present to scan the code.
What’s next
We’re continuing to refine this feature, including web support for scanning in a future update. As always, your ideas and feedback are welcome.
