Access to the Helpline module to record accidents, incidents, near misses, alleged food poisoning cases, alleged foreign body cases, allergy incidents, and official officer visits. This ensures a permanent record of all incidents, accidents, and investigations, eliminating the concern of losing paper-based logs. With documented evidence, a customer’s defence is weakened. Attachments, notes, and investigation details can be logged against any case. Automated notifications help manage each case, ensuring managers are aware of required actions. Cases can be permanently deleted to comply with GDPR and the ‘right to be forgotten’. A dashboard provides an instant view of common incidents, the least performing venue, and RIDDOR reportable incidents. A comprehensive suite of reports offers activity, accident, and incident statistics by location on a case-by-case basis. Detailed management reporting helps identify patterns and trends swiftly, allowing for the implementation of preventative measures. Reports can be exported into Excel.
