HABC Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Manufacturing course

The Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing equips supervisors, team leaders and QA staff with crucial knowledge to ensure food safety compliance in manufacturing premises. Participants will learn to implement and monitor food safety management procedures, control hygiene practices and manage hazards effectively. The course is essential for maintaining high standards of food production, from delivery to preparation. By completing this training, learners will be capable of identifying and addressing potential food safety issues, thereby enhancing overall food safety practices within their organisations. The course can be delivered to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
