HABC Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering course

The Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering course equips supervisors, team leaders and managers in the catering industry with essential knowledge to ensure compliance with food safety legislation. Participants will learn to implement and monitor food safety management procedures, maintain hygiene standards, control contamination and conduct effective staff training. This training is crucial for preventing foodborne hazards and maintaining high food safety standards. Completing this course ensures that supervisors can oversee safe food production and preparation, thereby protecting public health and enhancing workplace practices. The course can be delivered to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
