HABC Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering course

The Level 2 Food Safety in Catering course ensures that food handlers understand their responsibilities in maintaining food safety. Covering personal hygiene, contamination risks and legal requirements, this course prepares learners to handle food safely from storage to service. Participants will learn effective cleaning practices, pest control and safe food handling techniques. This training is crucial for compliance with food safety laws and for preventing foodborne illnesses, ensuring that food served is safe and hygienic. The course can be delivered to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
