Fire Risk Assessment Review

The fire risk assessment (FRA) review is a service that for businesses who do not have an annual fire risk assessment program or whose premises have undergone significant changes since the last FRA or in fire precautions. The service and designed to help maintain an up-to-date FRA. Failure to regularly review an FRA could result in it being deemed unsuitable by a Fire Authority Inspector. Shield Safety provides a tailored template for on-location Fire Risk Assessors to conduct FRA reviews according to the PAS 79, and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 guidelines. This review encompasses general information, fire hazards and controls, fire protection measures, and fire safety management. It also addresses any actions from previous assessments and creates a new action plan. Upon completion, a report is generated and uploaded to the RiskProof Registry. This report ensures that the FRA remains current and compliant, detailing: General information review, fire hazards and control measures review, fire protection measures review, management of fire safety review, completion of previous action plans, new action plan creation, the comprehensive review helps clients maintain their fire safety obligations effectively and confidently.
