eLearning – Mental Health Support Champion

The eLearning course on Mental Health Support Champion is designed to promote good mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Upon completion, learners will be equipped to identify and support colleagues experiencing mental ill health, such as anxiety and stress. Participants will learn to provide effective early intervention and direct those in need to appropriate support resources. The course covers recognising symptoms of mental ill health, offering practical advice and guiding individuals towards professional help. It also includes practical ways for learners to improve their own mindfulness. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
