The eLearning course on LGBTQ+ Awareness eLearning course aims to educate users on reducing stigma in the workplace and fostering an environment where everyone feels comfortable. It covers diversity, important LGBT definitions and tips for creating an inclusive workplace. The course features interviews with an LGBT community member and an HR manager, providing real-life insights and highlighting the importance of LGBT awareness. Learning outcomes include understanding key LGBT terminology, recognising the importance of diversity, adopting inclusive attitudes and implementing steps to become an LGBT ally. The course also addresses potential workplace challenges for both LGBT and non-LGBT employees. This training is essential for all employees to promote an inclusive and respectful work environment. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
