The eLearning course on Food Safety Level 3 is ideal for line managers, supervisors and team leaders in the catering and hospitality industry, as well as small business owners. The course covers essential topics such as food categorisation, bacteria control, allergen management, personal hygiene, premises requirements, equipment cleaning, HACCP systems, safe cooking temperatures and relevant food hygiene legislation. By completing this course, learners will be able to implement food safety management procedures, identify hazards, recommend solutions, and contribute to improvements in food safety practices. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
