eLearning – Conflict Management

The eLearning course on Conflict Management is designed to help employees create a supportive and safe workplace environment by effectively managing potential conflicts. Participants will learn essential skills such as defining what conflict is, understanding its causes both at work and socially and recognising the stages of conflict. The course will also cover strategies to prevent conflicts from escalating, techniques for defusing anger and aggression and the use of active listening and other communication methods. By the end of the training, learners will be equipped with practical tools to manage workplace conflicts, distinguish between different types of assaults and foster a culture where negative conflicts are unacceptable. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
