Desktop vendor assessment – Initial Assessment

This is provided to clients who have third party food vendors operating on their site. Our team of Environmental Health Practitioners (EHP) will perform a remote assessment of the food vendors practices and procedures to ensure they meet legislative requirements. The assessment will include the provision of an questionnaire form, tracking of replies and performance of a remote assessment of their responses, which includes their FSMS and associated documentation. The outcome of the assessment will be provided to the client.
