Implementation – adoption meeting

Implementation will include an adoption meeting at each location with an Environmental Health Practitioner (EHP) to help you adopt your Safety Management Systems (policies) as well as assisting with the adoption of RiskProof. Adoption of the policies includes assisting with the completion of the tailoring element of the documents. RiskProof adoption will include checking users and permissions for access are correct, checking Risk Assessments and Registry items align with business operations and assistance to assign them to the location, then ensuring Monitoring checklists are assigned and scheduled correctly. The EHP will also introduce the Safe to Trade scheme, briefly walkthrough the standard and explain the audit and evidence verification process. A demonstration of the Safety Advice Line service and use of the Helpline module is provided. Where possible, the adoption meeting will be conducted on site, but there may be occasions where it may be conducted remotely.
