SS Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health course

The Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health course equips participants with essential skills to support colleagues facing mental health issues. Attendees will learn to identify mental health conditions, manage stress and understand the impact of substance abuse. The course covers the first aid action plan for mental health and promotes a positive mental health culture in the workplace. This training is crucial for anyone looking to improve mental health awareness and support within their organisation, ensuring a healthier and more supportive work environment. The course can be delivered to a maximum of 12 candidates, remotely or in a classroom and candidates are assessed to ensure their understanding.
