The policy training course can be purchased when on-site training is preferred. The course includes comprehensive training to ensure colleagues understand the safety policies provided by Shield Safety and how they are to be integrated into business practices. The policies that Shield Safety can provide are the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Health and Safety Management System (HSMS), Pool Safety Operating Procedure (PSOP) or a Fire Safety Management System. The flexible format allows clients to select the relevant policy sessions to meet their requirements. The half day course can be used to deliver sessions on a maximum of two policy types. Typically, clients request training on the FSMS and HSMS, however some businesses without food-related operations may opt for Health & Safety and Fire Safety training instead. The full day session can be used to deliver sessions for three or four policy types.
