eLearning – Staying Legal – Recruitment

The eLearning course on Staying Legal – Recruitment is designed to equip business owners, managers, HR team members and those involved in recruitment with essential knowledge to avoid unlawful discrimination during the hiring process. It provides insights into various legal scenarios and covers relevant Acts that impact recruitment and selection. By completing this course, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal requirements and best practices to ensure compliance and promote fair hiring processes within their organisations. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
