The eLearning course on Interview Skills has been designed to equip learners with the essential understanding and skills needed to conduct effective job interviews. This comprehensive course is ideal for those responsible for filling job vacancies within their organisation. Participants will learn how to write effective job descriptions and person specifications, evaluate CVs, application forms and covering letters, as well as conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews. The course also covers the identification of suitable candidate qualities, handling candidate questions, best practices for the initial selection process, interview styles and the legal aspects of conducting interviews. By the end of the course, learners will be well-versed in planning, preparing, and executing successful interviews, avoiding common mistakes and adhering to best practices. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
