The eLearning course on Bar Excellence, developed in partnership with Cask Marque, is designed to train both new and existing bar staff. This comprehensive course covers essential topics such as legal compliance, customer service best practices and proper serving techniques for various drinks. Participants will learn how to handle and maintain bar equipment, adhere to hygiene standards and identify situations that could lead to legal issues under the Licensing Act. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring both the safety and satisfaction of patrons. This training is crucial for personal licence holders and bar staff to maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
