eLearning – Bribery Act Awareness

The eLearning course on Bribery Act Awareness is designed to ensure that employees comprehend the nature of bribery and corruption and how these offences can manifest within a business context. By participating in this course, learners will gain an understanding of key terms and legislative frameworks, identify the impacts of bribery and recognise potential bribery scenarios. Furthermore, the course outlines the differentiation between bribery and legitimate hospitality, and promotional expenditure, equipping employees with the knowledge to prevent bribery effectively. Learners are assessed at the end of the course and must achieve a minimum pass mark. Individual licences must be used within a 12 month period.
