We take our responsibilities under GDPR seriously. In accordance with advice and guidelines issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), we have conducted a gap assessment & created an internal roadmap to achieve compliance with GDPR by 25 May 2018.
We’ve carried out a full audit of all data assets we process and control.
Our privacy notice updates are underway to make sure individuals are informed about how we use their personal information.
We have security incident processes to make sure we can effectively identify report, manage and resolve any personal data breaches.
We are making some minor changes to how we gain and record consent, where required, ready for the deadline.
We have procedures to deal with key data subject rights, like subject access requests and the right to request deletion.
We’re reviewing our key third-party vendor arrangements to make sure we have the appropriate contractual protections in place to satisfy GDPR requirements.
We have an internal GDPR training program running across key areas of the business to increase awareness of how the legislation impacts their day-to-day roles.
As part of this activity, our Terms and Conditions and Data Protection Policies are being reviewed.
