This course is designed to help those handling or processing personal data.

Why is this training important?

To be data protection compliant, a business needs to understand the relevant law. Legislation and definitions are covered in this course, interspersed with real life examples of data breaches and the penalties that ensued.

Assessment type

Upon completion of the course, learners will complete an end of learning assessment consisting of 20 questions.

70% of the questions will need to be answered correctly in order to pass and receive a certificate.
